Discover Informal Education to Reduce Early School Leaving

European Union as being the foundation which is very sensitive to the education issue and scientific researches, takes up its position. It maintains all the oppotunities in terms of facilitating the education circumstances which has already had rate of literacy 99,9 %. European Union specified its frame in order to reach the 2020 targets which is determined by The Erasmus + Programme. Accordingly the importance of education and its place is vital. Nowadays, when the rate of school leaving is concerned by research community center Eurostat, the rate appeals to be 12 % among European Union of 28 countries. (the rate of lycee graduates between the ages of 18-24 ) But the rate of Turkey appeals to be 38%, which means that Turkey should struggle more in this area. Concerning that Turkey will join the European Union and the target of EU is %10 for 2020, taking some precautions is a must for Turkey. It shows the necessity of writing a Project on this issue, proving the reasons of school leaving in order to decrease the amount . The Project period includes the examination of school leavings in details, about the relationship between inclusion and exclusion, by preparing inquiries of application of common public education and formal training together, leaving schools and it also includes the school visits. Moreover the cultural activities are included. The inquiries which will be prepared during the Project period and be applied concurrently by the Project partners , wil reveal the scientific results of the reasons of school leavings. The Project participants will improve their non-informal learning skills, so that they will facilitate the capacity of their participant companies At the end of the Project the visibility of Erasmus + will be increased and it will lead and inspire the other school leaving projects to start .
