Our Project covers 30 participant students and 2 companion teacher in Tatarlı Multi-Program Anatolian High School. It is scheduled in Hungary for 2 courses. 1th Course will be carry out in Kaesz Gyula Faiparı Szakkozépiskola és Szakışkola institution which is located in Hungary’s Budapest city with 15 participants who are continue to take training in the field of accounting and finance of our institution and 1 companion between the dates of 30.01.2017-14.02.2017 .2th Course will be carry out in Kaesz Gyula Faiparı Szakkozépiskola és Szakışkola institution which is located in Hungary’s Budapest city with 15 participants who are continue to take training in the field of accounting and finance of our institution and 1 companion between the dates of 20.02.2017-06.03.2017 . The accountancy profession has been considered as a profession that plays an important role in all cultures throughout history. In the world moving to the market economy today, members of a profession are required to have a more broad based global perspective as long as international investments and activities increase. (Tükenmez, Kutay, 1998: 442) In this context, with the realization of our project, internship experience that our students who take training in the field of accounting, have experienced will provide the requirements of the accounting profession in the globalized world and they will gain the ability to compare the different methods followed in the world with our country. Training to be provided to our student under our project is determined as Foreign Trade Account. Today in our country, the records of increasing transaction of the companies with foreign institutions have also gained importance with the development of trade and industry. Our participants will be trained in these areas and they will be able to learn the used systems in Europe and computer systems. Students who receive training in foreign language will reach to a condition of performing accounting records in abroad. Our participant will be given Europoss certificates that are internationally recognized and they will be able to prove that they received training on foreign trade accounting both in our country and Europe. Our institution continues its activities in Tatarlı town depending on Afyon-Dinar district. Due to absence of international institutions at a level that can make international transaction, many of our students have difficulty in performing their internship activities. Many of our students doing internship in the district or city center have also done on paper their internship activities, even when they work in the institution, they have completed this process performing imaginary works rather than teaching them specifics of their profession. This case leads that our students cannot learn the implementation of their profession in the real life from time to time and that information that they received in our institution gives rise to not to gain competence to perform their knowledge. The realization of this project will be a great opportunity for our students in this regard. Our teachers that will accompany to our student during mobility process will observe the operation of vocational training in Europe, the accounting techniques used in foreign trade transactions and computer programs used in this area, they will be able to compare with our country by seeing qualifications that can be expected from intermediate staff of accounting in the European market. This information obtained through our companion teachers will be transferred to our institution and the quality of our institutions will increase in the long term. Unfortunately, the interest for vocational training is less in our region and our institution gives training to fewer students than its capacity. Developments regarding vocational training system and accounting and finance fields observed in Europe will be reflected in our organization’s strategic plan, changes in our vision in the coming period will also be reflected to our students. Respect for vocational training will increase in our region with increased awareness of our project with dissemination activities, studies carried out by our institution for the development of our students and increase employment levels of our students and our institutions will be able to serve more students in the long run.
