TERMINÉ
ADHD,Dylexia, Discalculia are all special learning disorder currently known very well in EU but in Turkey.
For identification of these individuals at schools,tests are applied by RAM ( Guidence and Counseling Centers) but these so called tests are not satisfying when compared EU ones.
By giving special training for these indivuduals with learning disability, the school and work success are sustained.
Now at this point, Trainer, Coach, teacher, family and volunteers come to the scene. Therefore, the main aim of our project is to develop the ability of coaching, management, training of these people working on ADHD, Dylexia and Dyscalculia and provide more successful education for the target group.
Now that beeing sure that the partner association In Dialogue meets these needs by organizing these courses below;
Leadership and support staff course for clear leadership, inclusion, motivation on project management, participation.
Facilitating process on education, teaching and training centered Course for trainers/facilitators course
Courses for counsellors to strengthen coaching and counselling
As stated in the project detail 5 individuals will participate for each course, 15 in total as official members and volunteers to be determined objectively
Job shadowing activitiy is for strengthening the structure of organization and getting experience seeing at place. Only 6 member of association will participate this training.
In addition to provide professional development for participants, the most effective result is to make individuals with ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyscalculia more successful within the new techniques and methods and by the help of courses and job shadowing trainings.
For being successful the methods below will be used:
It is targeted to reach the aims by asking right question on the right time, workshop, peer learning, group learning, observation, facilitating tools, using educational and visual aids, self eveluation
Project may be effective for the community active within the association and for our members in short term but
But in long term these can be done especially by determining Special Needs Disorder by preparing clearer identification tests on ADHD, Dylexia and Dyscalculia and additionaly starting investigations for solving the problems by building educational institutions on these subject and creating and developing training documents.
