Within the scope of this project which is prepared and presented to you by the coordinatorship of Piri Reis Vocational and Technical Anatolia High School ,our group consisting of totally 80 students and 16 teachers including 40 students in the range of 16-18 years old who are studying in the field of Radio-Television within Malatya Şehit Kemal Özalper Vocational and Technical Anatolia High School, Rize Vocational and Technical Anatolia High School, Mersin Nihal Erdem Vocational and Technical Anatolia High School and Piri Reis Vocational and Technical Anatolia High School and also 40 students continuing their education in the field of journalism within Piri Reis Vocational and Technical Anatolia High School, Elazığ Necip Güngör Kısaparmak Vocational and Technical Anatolia High School, Mersin Nihal Erdem Vocational and Technical Anatolia High School and Adana CEP Vocational and Technical Anatolia High School and 8 journalism branch teachers as our consortium partners will be selected according to stated criterions among 448 students and 27 teachers. After taking general education in our secondary schools and getting accepted into our schools with placement test (SBS); our potential students has started to ninth class after interview and has taken the training of guidance and counselling. They will have had the basic education in the fields of Basic communication, Basic Camera, photo processing in computer, voice record and montage, shooting aesthetics, editing tecniques and television journalism, techniques of writing article, media organisations, eloquence and writing techniques, news gathering and writing in professional sense until the beginning of the project. In consequence of survey which we have done in the field of media as our project topic, it has been found to be very important that raising qualified employees who have necessary sufficiency in the field of digital media applications in our environment, our country and the European Union and also finding job very easily and in very good conditions by that trained staff. Remaining incapable of training personnels at the quality to meet expectations of media sector because of the technical, financial, executive and structural issues of our participated schools has been a basis to this project. Therefore in our project, inaddition to the training they have received in professional sense, we aim our students to obtain very significant gains in the field of digital media applications with the help of 3D max, Auto Desk Maya, After Effects and Adobe Premiere for Radio-Television and InDesign, Photoshop and Corel programmes for Radio-Television department and upgrade tachers qualifications and increase the standarts of education in our schools as being a project including teacher training. By this way we will make a significant contribution to their employment by ensuring grown up as individuals who have comprehensive knowledge of digital media and using this technology in an effective way to current technology in this field and also increasing their knowledge and experiences. We will have provided important contributions to the preparation of graphics and animations that will be used in courses such as physics, chemistry, geometry for EBA education portal which underlies FATİH project by way of television studio found in our constition. As a result of our project, proficiency of our participants will increase, thier level of competence will increase increase in digital media applicationsby developing professional knowlegde and skills, they will learn the methods and techniques of applications, recognize technological developments and reflect these methods and techniques into the practices in Turkey. By preparing a promotional film and a special numbered newspaper by the help of obtained data at the end of the project and sharing with domestic and foreign media organizations, the Ministry of Education, the National Agency and Anatolia Communication Vocational High Schools, dissemination of the project will be provided and will be trying to create employment opportunities. This project is to be carried out abroad will enable participating students to know people from different culture and collborate. Getting some personal characteristics such as entrepreneurship, to be open to innovation, tolerance, teamwork, labor discipline etc. will acquire indirect impacts of the project. Our project proposal, if deemed appropriate to be supported through the evaluation phase; two week placement of the first group of participating team of 24 people in the field of Radio-Television between the dates from 06.03.2016 to 20.03.2016 will be conducted as an educattion and training activities in co-ordination of SPS- Entwicklung operating in Berlin, Germany.
