The international training course "Digital Europe" is planned to take place in Bitola, Macedonia. This project will bring together 17 youth leaders and youth workers from Macedonia, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Italy providing them with an opportunity to gain the necessary skills in higher computerization and also enhance their intercultural experience through using the Internet technology. This project idea overlaps with the "Digital Agenda for Europe" priorities until year 2020 and is aimed to raise awareness and increase the knowledge of youth workers in the field of Internet technology. During the 8 days program of the project the youth workers and leaders will have an opportunity to learn more about the recent trends in social media, the modern phenomenon of cloud computing and will create a social media strategy for the organizations they come from. It is aimed to bring the youth workers and leaders to have a close look at the current trends and practices used in the region concerning the Internet technology, as well as to learn more about the European practices concerning this topic. It is important to point out that the e-services and e-solutions for the NGOs will be in the focus, furthermore, the online security, trust, media and smart living will also be elaborated during the training. At the very end, the ecological aspect of the usage of cloud computing as a future solution for business will be presented. Being able to work in multicultural groups at the project, the participants will have a closer look at the different ideas, objectives, techniques and legislations common for the participating countries. Through the organized trip to Macedonia they will also become a part from the Macedonian ordinary life and experience. During this training, putting a special print on the technology as a truly important and often discussed topic will be of special importance for the participants and the training as a whole. To sum everything up, the non-formal educational methods (mostly helped by interactive online tools) will be used to educate the participants about the current IT trends, after which they will be trained to use the most important tools and apply them in the work in their NGOs and life in general. As part of the training, the discussions with the participants and the evaluation forms will be frequently used in order to improve the quality of the training.
