The 1st EPA.L. of Preveza in the context of the European program Erasmus+, consistent with the national call by submitting a draft program to the KA1 category - Learning mobility of individuals. The main objective of the proposed project is the training and expertise in networking technologies and e-commerce applications, with emphasis on the design, development and management of advanced applications and the understanding of the institutional and technological processes, so that the participants gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities required in today's competitive business environment in order to play an important, even leading role. We also expect for the participants the achievement of the following specific educational goals: - Experience in a professional level the nature, the environment, the potential and prospects of the Internet, the requirements as a mean of communication and its services, also to work in interactive and multimedia computing environments. - Understand the key issues related to e-business and e-commerce - To evaluate the usability of an online store - To conduct transactions with other companies, without having to find new customers or suppliers on their own. - Τo perform with ease and automate the procedures for carrying supplies to a business. - To implement standardized ordering process, the customer can negotiate a transaction simultaneously with many potential suppliers, choosing the most cost-effective solution based on its own evaluation parameters (cost, delivery, quality, etc.). - Demonstrating the certification value of the qualifications and promoting the transparency of these qualifications. 45 students of the 1st EPAL of Preveza who attend the sectors and disciplines of the school unit, will participate to the project, with 6 accompanying teachers, in three flows. In the flow with destination Italy will participate 15 students from the fields of Information Technology, Engineering and Vehicles. In the flow with destination Germany will participate 15 students from the fields of Structural Engineering, Electronic, Electrology. In the flow with destination Spain will participate 15 students from the fields of Economy Administration, Agriculture - food and environment. The program will be implemented to the theoretical part of the premises of the host institute while the practical part will take place in relevant subject training companies selected by their host institutions in collaboration with the 1st EPAL of Preveza, the sending institution, and according to the program curriculum agreed. The methodology of the project is to organize a unified system networking of all actors involved in the effective implementation of it. This will be done in 4 areas: System administration organization, monitoring and management of the project. Operating instructions developing of all involved in the project. Definition of cooperation protocols between the sending institution, host institution, participants and accompanying persons. Web interface design with businesses, organizations and social partners. Participants will be provided with knowledge (handling and management of online store and e-marketplace platform, handling inter-enterprise transactions) that enhance and upgrade their professional qualifications, thereby enhancing their resilience in today's competitive environment, strengthening and improving the career development opportunities. They will gain transferable skills which play an important role in cases where the employee is required to change its work field. It will sensitize the participants on the current demands of the labour market, by understanding the need for lifelong learning and self-learning, utilizing ICT in their work on a daily basis. The behavior of the participants, which will be developed and are related to new learning standards, innovative learning tools and new social skills should gain characteristics deepening and permanence. The organization mission through collaboration with partners from other countries discover new models and new practices and adapt them to their own environment. Creates thus cooperation networks at a European level, which will link to the national ones, in which it participates. By participating in mobility programs 1st EPA.L. of Preveza is becoming a more attractive school raising the educational status and boosting the self-esteem of its students and as a result new students especially increase in an era characterized by dystocia in the educational choices of the adolescents.
