Achievements: Project “Dialogue between cultures” (MIS-ETC code 568), with a total eligible value of 250.672 Euro) contributed to the social-economic development of the eligible area (Dobrich-Constanta region) by enhancing cultural interactions, organizing festivals, people to people actions and through cultural initiatives The main results of the project were: equipping two cultural centres with video conference connection, IT equipments and furniture; organizing three festivals with different cross-border themes; organizing a seminar in the library of Navodari with the topic “IT technologies in the library”.
