The suggested project had to organise work experience for 60 students of Zespół Szkół Samochodowych in Legnica. Participants of this work experience learnt about new, modern and diagnostic technologies. They got the knowledge about fixing and repairing technical hitches which were done in car companies and factories such as Volkswagen, Opel, Peugeot. The teenagers were introduced into the process of car production in BMW Leipzig, marketing, advertising and commerce in working industry. This work experience gave the opportunity of fulfilling additional educational needs connected with appropriate specialization. The collective work of participants and workers from Germany stimulated the creativity and mobility of teenagers. They improved their cooperation skills while learning at modern equipped work places. They enhanced the knowledge of professional language and got the basic ability to lead an own company on an example of German companies. Teenagers got discrimination in logistic area and organization of work at car factories in Germany. Many specialized service companies offer services which enable the right choice of occupational specialization for car mechanics. Work experience of students influenced their better preparing for job which requires high qualifications on a current job market. After the participants finished their work experience they got certificates which confirmed their already acquired job qualifications. The organizer will gain new experiences which will be practiced in Poland and used in the programme of the next work experiences. Evaluation and presentation of results were carried out by the organizer and the partners of Europa Haus in Leipzig. Evaluation was hold during the whole time of lasting this project on the students’ level and on the level of coordinating this project. Monitoring of doing work experience was hold by the headmaster of Zespół Szkół Samochodowych in Legnica, the coordinator of this project, workers of received partner, bosses of factories in Germany and four teachers of project participants. Participating of this work experience will be affirmed with an individual certificate from the partner from Germany and Europass Mobility.
