The purpose of the project is the development and training the professional and personal skills of 15 students from the technician qualification in transport and 20 students operator technician qualification computing class XI, Level 3 qualification (school-day courses) who are in initial training at Liceul Tehnologic de Transporturi Auto from Craiova during a training placement for 21 days organized into two flows which will be held 90 hours of practical training and laboratory as follows: 1.I flow -Institut d'Educació Secundaria Jaume I, Ontinyent, Spain 11.05.2015-31.05.15 2. II flow-Instituto Superiore d'Istruzione secondment "Sebastiano MOTTURA", Caltanissetta, Italy, 28.09.2015 -18.10.2015 The specific objectives of the project, folded over the specific objectives of the Erasmus program + in education and training are: 1.Training and development of future participants in the two qualifying of the knowledge, skills and professional competencies related to Module IX, Electronic circuits: 2. Developing skills and civic abilities , intercultural, social and communicational in a foreign language 3. Strengthening the international dimension of education and training through the development of cooperation between applicant institution with institutions providing education / training and with economic agents in Spain and Italy and the initiation of new projects Erasmus + Through this mobility project we want to bring solutions in solving the following needs: -improving skills and key skills by conducting internship in an appropriate learning environment in accordance with the current provisions of the SPP, the contents of the curricula of both qualifications and requirements currently imposed on employers -improving IT skills, communication in a foreign language and socio-cultural horizon expansion of participants for a harmonious personal development and strengthening of active European citizenship -increasing the European dimension of the applicant institution in collaboration with VET institutions / private companies. The partners of the applicant institution were chosen so that material and equipment available to enable tutors solving training needs of the participants from the two qualifications: - I flow- transport technician qualification- Institut d'Educació Secundaria Jaume I (ES Jaume I) in the city of Ontinyent- Spain, as the host organization and stakeholders- economic agents in the field. (Ford Ontinyent, Bosch Car Service, UPE Motors) -II flow- qualification technician-operator computing-Promimpresa Ltd as intermediary organization and Istituto Superiore d'Istruzione secondment "Sebastiano MOTTURA" (IISS "S.Mottura") of Caltanissetta, Sicily, Italy, as the organization reception and stakeholders - economic entities (Shneider electric Gangi Impianti, Scythian, Matrax, Crea snc The project participants will develop the following: Technical Skills: 21.1 Identify types of electronic circuits 21.2 Evaluate the performance of electronic circuits 21.3 Connect electronic circuits in the equipment and installations Key Skills: Create and maintain professional relationships Europass Mobility, Certificate of practical training, updated Europass CV, Europass Language Passport, Certificate of participation internship, Linguistic certificate will facilitate the project participants labor market insertion after graduation European the mobility because competences, knowledge and abilities acquired during mobility training are recognized at national and European level. As the results of the project, we can mention: Tangible: -certificates received by participant: Europass Mobility, Certificate of practical training, Linguistic Certificate, Certificate of participation in internship -internship-books, worksheets and work laboratory for IX Module-Electronic circuits -certificates received by teachers: Certificate of participation in internship and Certificate of monitor Intangible: -knowledge, skills and competencies according to SPP, language skills and personal experiences: obtained through the exchange of best practices and cultural, active citizenship, social skills developed -methods and techniques in workshop and work laboratory, increasing cultural dimension, transnational strengthening the transnational capacity, improving the instructive - educational process The project will have impact both local, regional / national and European level and at the level of the participants, of the institutions involved in the project and of target groups who will participate at the dissemination of the project. Thus participants will have confidence in their own potential and ability to solve tasks, and the number of high school students in danger of dropping out will be reduced due to the increased attractiveness of the educational process by participating in internships in EU.
