Fast development of the software industry and specific IT equipment and the industry of the automotive and maintenance / repairing cars, led to increased labor market demands who the graduates have to respond in the moment of engagement.In this context, insufficient profesional and personal training of our graduates negatively affect the quality of services they can provide and also their insertion in the European labor market.All this, led us to find new practical training environments appropriate to the technical exigencies and to the European labor market needs which enable the acquiring of a first work experience by providing internships in EU educational institutions with school workshops and laboratories very well equipped and in real working environments equipped with the latest devices and systems.The project goal is the training and development of professional and personal competences of 60 students from class XI high school and professional education who are in initial vocational training, technical profile, level 3 of qualification that will make a 28 days internship (120 hours, 6hours / day) in Bologna, Italy, as follows:-60 hours at receiving institution IST. SUPERIORE ALDINI VALERIANI - SIRANI (IAV-S)-60 hours to the internship partners of IAV-Sin 4 fluxs:-flow1-09.02-08.03.2017-15tudents, auto electronics electrician technician qualification, high school-flow2-16.03-12.04.2017-15students, mechanic qualifications, professional education-flow3-21.09-18.10.2017-15students, operator technician qualification computing, high school-flow4-19.10-15.11.2017-15students, auto mechanic qualifications, professional educationYouNet organization will act within this project as an intermediary organization.1.1For electrician electronics auto technician qualification:-formation of abilities of identification on the cars of electronic and hydraulic types circuits-the acquisition of the execution competences of the connecting operations and check the functionality of electronic circuits and electronic, electrical and hydraulic equipment and installations of the car1.2For operator technician computing qualification:- acquiring skills for measuring specific parameters of analogue and digital electronic circuits -acquiring identification and installing skills of computer system components - acquiring skills for installing/configuring the operating system, software applications instaled and peripheral devices1.3For auto mechanic qualification:-formation of abilities to choose and properly use the devices, methods and measuring and checking techniques for state parameters of the vehicle-formation of maintenance, diagnostics, repair and operation skills to the cars2.Personal development of young people through promotion of positive attitudes and entrepreneurship spirit3.Acquire and develop civic, interpersonal, intercultural, social and communication in a foreign languageskills4.Improving the quality and efficiency of education and professional training by promoting partnerships in new Erasmus + projectsThe outomes of the project wil be:IINTANGIBLE OUTCOMES- Knowledge, skills and occupational skills of participants- Language skills and personal- Social skillsAs TANGIBLE OUTCOMES we can mention: The certificates received from participants, accompanying teachers and monitors, ollaboration agrement with educational institutions and entreprise, information leaflets abot Erasmus + VET and for promoting technical and vocational education, future project applications which will be submitted by the school with new European partners from ItalyInterniship notebooks for each qualification together with evaluation and technology sheets will be used in the education process in schools and other technological high schools in Dolj county and the country, they will be promoted through dissemination activities and will be published on the institution website where it can be downloaded free, strengthening the impact of the project and ensuring its long term sustainability.On the other hand,implementation of this project will contribute to the strengthen of European dimension of the 2 partners-schools, who will enhance the attractiveness and quality of education and training offered through the best use of results, innovative products and processes in the IVT obtained by exchanging best practices and mutual learning.Through effective methods and a solid plan for sustainability, the project results will be transferred to the students and teachers of the institution candidate in order to ensure continuing the improvements to the educational process in the technical field, by adopting learning new methods and techniques.
