The need to apply for a mobility project for vocational training students in partnership with companies came as the results of the analysis made by the Board of observation and study of the labor market (PSO), that has been functioning in school since 2012. This board has the mission to observe the employment at local and regional level, collect and process information (analysis and forecasts) concerning the link between school education and the labor market. One of its main conclusions became the strategic target of the institutional development plan : increasing the level of insertion of graduates by relevant qualifications that meet the labor market requests and training in partnership with business companies in the area.Future Ecologist technician must be able to respond by means of specialized training, to the needs and policy priorities at national and European level, which generates implicitly demand on the labor market, specialists in protecting and improving the environment, improving living standards on ensuring public utility services, especially in terms of water and waste management, local and regional systems to improve environmental management; biodiversity conservation; ecological reconstruction. Therefore, our students need opportunities for internships that through varied, innovative and attractive practical activities, coupled with the realities, needs and developments in the field, are meant to develop their professional skills, so that they become active and mobile employees in Europe.This project’ s objectives are:O1. Development and improvement of professional skills of participants in a European environment, connected with their field of professional training- environmental protection-on the purpose of facilitating their professional integration of the national and European labor market;O2. Contact, adaptation and integration of participants in a European, socio-cultural and competitive work space;O3. Establishing a platform for transnational cooperation between Romanian training institutions and European companies and the development of mutual trust and cooperation within the EU.Project objectives will be met, in particular, in carrying out a training course by students in ecologist technician specialization . They will be learning the contents corresponding to module VI: "POLLUTION AND THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT " for grade 9, in the framework of a partnership which will be signed between Liceul Tehnologic Oltchim(the sending organization), ant the following host organizations: UPA Granada si Labo Pimenta do Vale Barcelos, MEP Europroject Granada si Associação Intercultural Amigos da Mobilidade.The group of participants is represented by 32 students in the 11 th grade(16 in school year 2015-2016 and 16 in school year 2016-2017) who specialize to become a technician in ecology and environmental protection, level of qualification 3 , technological domain, natural resources and labor protection profile, the qualification: technician in ecology and protection of the environment. The placement period has been fixed by mutual agreement with the host organization at 4 weeks and coincides with that of the curriculum OMEdC 3172/30.01.2006 and the educational plan approved by MECTS order3423/18.03.2009. The internship is through VI module "POLLUTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION" competence corresponding to unit 14 from the vocational training standards "Pollution and the Environment" with a total of 150 hours per year, 30 hours of technological laboratory and 120 hours of practical training. Mobility is thus part of vocational training provided by the school. Since during this traineeship will be developed all the skills mentioned in the standards of training, for this competence unit, the school will make the transfer, recognition and inclusion in the qualification of the skills developed during this traineeship, the entry in the certificate of competence for students, thus giving international recognition to such acts.Expected impact on the participants:* On short term:Improving professional skills specific to the profession by implementing new techniques in environmental protection, measured by evaluation results and achievement of quality practical work;* Medium and long term:- Competitive specialized training meant to facilitate the labor market integration of natural resources and environmental protection graduates ;- Increasing the size of practical specialized training strategies ;- Human resource prepared up to European standards by our educational institution
