Our nursery school provides education in a disadvantaged background to 117 students many of whom are immigrant from Maghreb Africa and Europe. The teachers and staff have been involved for 5 years in specific European projects that impact the entire educational community and our students. An early english teaching experiment is ongoing . The school is training place associated with university for students , permanent teachers, or many other learners. Our goal is to educate, from an early age, our students to European citizenship, through the discovery of the diversity of languages and cultures, to foster relationships with others, encourage curiosity and the open mindedness. In order to do that , we want to implement a training program for teachers and staff, which will enable them to improve their language , technical and educational skills , we also whish to increase their knowledge of european cultures , specificly in educational and teaching fields. Through structured classes, that favor the encounter of European colleagues as part of transnational training in English or classes observations that lead to confront methodologies, practices exchanges, comparison of systems, allow teachers to decentre . In questioning the others, they will become able to relativize their models and transform the differences into real enrichment assets. This training project will be driven over two years, it is validated by the team and led by teachers who wished to make individual mobility. The piloting in its organizational dimension must be a training process for the committed team. The team will be supported by the head teacher, in the actions of management, communication and dissemination of results. We expect at first, the improvement of the individual way of teaching and then a full reflection exponded to the whole school organisation, in relation to the axis of the school project. We expect earnings in the ability of the team to work together and develop programs to promote for our students the knowledge and the respect for European values. In the longer term we want to give the institution an international dimension , and give to other colleagues the urge to go on that direction.
