Développement des compétences personnelles et professionnelles de salariés de la Mission locale du Douaisis par le biais d'une expérience de mobilité Européenne

The network of “Mission Locales Nord Pas de Calais”, was organized with two main financial partners, the state and the regional council to establish an organization for young people. The objective is to professionalize the social workers, exchange and harmonize practices, help the various Missions Locales to build projects. The Regional Animation Team ensures the operational implementation of this program with the support of managers and technicians of various “missions’ locales”. This network includes 26 “Missions locales” and assisted in 2013, more than 150 000 young people. This service has enabled the implementation of actions related to the mobility of young people and gave them access to intercultural discovery of 20 European countries and the Mediterranean area. These actions were performed thanks to the European Voluntary Service, under funding from the youth Action program and thanks to our previous projects LEONARDO MOBILITE entitled VISA JOB, EURO PRO and EURO TIME PRO and also a new project with in ERASMUS + financial call EURO MOB PRO ; with these experiments, the “Mission Locale Douaisis” wishes to continue to implement actions to help with the mobility of EMPLOYEES 10 Employees representing the various departments of the Mission Locale: Director, training manager, project manager and advisers The Mission locale of Douaisis is a nonprofit association law 1901 who has for mission is to welcome, inform, accompany and support young people between 16 to 25, out of the school system with or without diploma. In our area the lack of mobility prevent young people to find a job is the main goals. We wish to offer to 10 employees of the Mission Locale du Douaisis to benefit from this experience: Duration of the mobility: 4 Weeks or / and 1 month for the advisers. 4 partners for this project: CEI center international exchange in Dublin, Ireland Tempo LIBERO in Brescia, Italy Intervista E.V in Berlin, Germany INTRAS foundation to Valladolid, Spain. If our project is accepted, these periods of mobility with our various partners in host countries will take place over period of 24 months between Jully,2015 and April 2017 in order to have a global overview and a better perspective in the last return of training courses Several objectives for this project: For employees: • Acquire an innovative experience • Develop a culture of European mobility • Develop their adaptability • Develop different professional skills • Develop language skills For the partners: • Develop the European dimension in the integration process • Promote European mobility of job-seekers • Extend the partnership to develop new projects • Involve and convince the companies of the real and direct benefits of this experience The accent will be laid on the preparation of the return in the beginning of the project. Mobility having to be closely related to the missions and responsibilities for the employees. This project will also contribute to support the will of the policies to support European mobility actions on the territory, persuading them that of such experiments allow to support employment
