Hadsund Produktionsskole and Produktionsskolen Nordvestjylland will hold two trainee periods of three weeks in Germany for two groups of 10 students and two accompanying teachers, along with two German partners, Hanse Produktionsschule and Produktionsschule West Mecklenburg. The trainee periods will take place in week 39, 40 and 41 in 2015 and 2016, each with a group of 10 students and 2 accompanying teachers. The group will be divided by 5 students and one teacher from each Hadsund Produktionsskole and Produktionsskolen Nordvestjylland. An equal gender distribution, both for students as accompanying teachers. Hanse Produktionsschule and Produktionsschule West Mecklenburg must also put together a group of students from the two schools that can participate in the 2 project days that initiates each stay. Project manager is Lars Andreasen, and he is legally responsible for the contractual and financial matters. Lars Andreasen and John Fischer is to prepare a schedule for the entire project and will coordinate all visits and exchanges in cooperation with project mentors and contact teachers from the partners. The partners must designate a contact teacher who will assist with making the quality assurance of the project and ensure that the agreed framework of the project and communication works. The participating students from Hadsund Produktionsskole and Produktionsskolen Nordvestjylland are students who either start a EGU course or a basic course in secondary education. They are characterized by that they are outside the labor market, have dropped out of secondary education or has not started one. They all have a great need to work on themself to achieve better social and personal skills that will contribute to ensuring a better retention in the education system. At the same time the mobility is increased so as not to act as a barrier to them. The project aims to increase student mobility, motivating them for learning foreign languages and enhance their personal development. The expected result is that students will have increased their personal and social skills , they become more mobile and their motivation to start and maintain in an education will be considerably improved.
