The aim of this project is to work out a 15 academic hours training program with theoretical materials and an instructional film, including information about previous experience in this sector, new studies and methods. The problem is essential not only with respect to accidents in the sea, but also inland waters, especially the River Daugava, where very recently a substantial pollution was stated. All materials of the training program were translated into Lithuanian, because persons with a good experience in this field (attached in this project) come from Lithuania and Finland. In these countries there is a similar problem which has not been worked out.
