The goal of the Project is improve the competitiveness of small and medium entrepreneurship in the cities of Rivne and Lublin by ensuring inter-sectoral cooperation between the representatives of small and medium businesses, local government and institutions of business support of both cities. In more specific way, project is to improve the climate for business development in Rivne be means of establishing ongoing dialogue between representatives of SMEs and executive bodies of local self-government, create conditions for developing cross-border contacts between institutions of business and government of Rivne and Lublin and also to ensure the promotion of the business potential of the cities.The Action will contribute greatly to the development of Ukraine-Poland cross-border cooperation. Firstly between target groups of the project, namely SMEs of Rivne and Lublin, and municipalities servants. One of the specific objectives of the Action is to provide conditions for such cooperation. Thus, representatives of the target groups will participate together in 10 activities (exhibitions, forums), an Internet-portal will be developed, one of the functions of which is to inform about possibilities of cross-border cooperation and to unite possible partners. It is expected that not less than 500 personal negotiations between SME from Rivne and Lublin will take part while exhibitions, part of them will be definitely materialized into cooperation samples (agreements for goods and services supplies, common enterprises etc.)
