Date du début: 3 juil. 2011, Date de fin: 2 juil. 2012 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project is based on the town twinning relationship of Tiszasziget and Dumbrava (Igazfalva) which is extended to the neighboring settlements, in order to gain regional and interregional co-operations toward a mutual European future. The activities of the project are organized in 8 programs, 4 in each country focusing on sport, but also on nature and environmental issues, complemented with local cultural sights and values. The programs contain 4 whole week camps for schoolchildren from the involved settlements, 2 in each country. At the end of the week of each camp a regional sport and cultural activity is organized to involve more of the region's and the co-operating region's communities. As part of the project, canoes and bicycles have been purchased, to provide healthy, environmental friendly and most cost effective means of traffic for the children of the camps and also as part of their exercise. Each camp is planned with 30 children and the weekend program is open to join for all. The direct beneficiaries of the project are all the people taking part in the activities. The camps involve altogether 120 schoolchildren from the primary schools of Deszk, Dumbrava, Firdea and Tiszasziget and their accompanying teachers . Indirect beneficiaries of the project are the communities being involved in the project, the families of schoolchildren taking part in the camps, service providers etc.
