The project aims to facilitate a competitive dialogue for business environment in cross-border area of Bihar and Hajdú-Bihar counties.Specific objectives: 1. Analysis of direct communication capacity of SMEs in Hajdú-Bihar and Bihor counties. 2. Improving cooperation between SMEs by elaborating practical communication tools for SMEs in cross- border area. 3. Stimulating face-to-face cooperation between business form Hajdú-Bihar and Bihar counties.The main activities of the project are: green database development (the aim of this activity package is to investigate SMEs from the target area, that respect the above presented criteria. Basic data related to the investigated SMEs will be processed and uploaded on the project website) and green cross-border cooperation (based on three basic components: 1. Green Card - represents a discount privilege system available for all Green Database members; 2. Green Pages- two publications; 3. Green Meetings - joint cross border events aiming at supporting cross border business cooperation through face-to-face communication).The target group is formed by:- 1000 SMEs from both sides of the border able to use the official language of the neighbouring country (Romanian language for Hungarian SMEs and Hungarian language for Romanian SMEs), which will be included in the Green database, will be members of the Green Card system, thus being the beneficiaries of discounts offered by other members as well as of free advertisement space in the Green pages, and being included free of charge into the 2012 edition of Green pages.- 100 SME representatives from both sides of the border, selected mainly from the Green database members, who will participate at the thematic Green meetings thus having the opportunity to meet potential business partners, discuss joint problems and challenges, as well as joint development opportunities. Among the project results: 1 SME database, 1 online platform, 4 Green meetings, 1 Green Card system established.
