Achievement of durable relation between the representatives of the local communities and implementation of complex bilateral exchange for the local communities in the following spheres: - education - culture and traditions2. Increase of knowledge, skills and experience among the representatives of the target groups.3. Encourage of the joint activities in order to develop the transnational cooperation among the youth.4. Creation of innovative sustainable bridge for remote exchange and sharing of good practices among the structure of civic society.
