Developing the extractive sector in Eastern and Northern Finland
The purpose of the project is to develop the extractive sector and related environmental researchin Eastern and Northern Finland and in north-west Russia. The project will generate a regionalnetwork of experts that will act as the designer of and main implementing body for co-operationprojects in this particular sector.
