Deutsch-Polnische Kooperation in der beruflichen Bildung
Date du début: 1 août 2016, Date de fin: 31 juil. 2018 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The application for the project results from the work of the German-Polish state commission, team 2 “German-Polish cooperation in professional training”. During the meetings the participants from North Rhine-Westphalia, Bremen, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania and Saxony agreed that compara-ble project groups in the respective federal states shall be set up and that corresponding applications for funding for the mobilities abroad shall be submitted in accordance with ERASMUS+.The vocational school centres BSZ für Technik und Wirtschaft Riesa and BSZ für Wirtschaft und Tech-nik Bautzen are cooperating with the vocational training centre Zespol Szkol Elektronicznych Boleslawice in Poland in the process of preparing and realising the practical training periods. The EU project proposed comprises the realisation of mutual exchange periods of practical training for German and Polish trainees in the trades electronics technician and mechatronic technician. By passing on specialized theoretical and practical knowledge in the learning fields the professional competence of trainees and teachers shall be strengthened and further developed. Taking into account that on-site training in firms is provided only on a small scale in the professional training in Poland this aspect is particularly important. Working expertly on one’s own, however, is mainly determined by the ability to analyse production processes in an accurate way, to develop solution strategies, to choose materials and tools appropriately and to carry out the task according to the quality standards. The realisation of skills-based periods of practical training are therefore a means supporting the work towards this aim and to strengthen the dual character of the professional training. For securing the quality during the realisation of the project, precise tasks have been formulated among the project partners, which are adapted to the learning fields of the curricula of the trades electronics technician and mechatronic technician. Thus, the teaching of a high level of professional competence during the practical training periods in the respective partner country is guaranteed. In a final oral discussion with trainers and specialist teachers the trainees present the results of their work and justify their working methods. The trainers and specialist teachers assess the degree of performance and the professional competence acquired on the basis of set credit points (ECVET). The total result is registered in the Europass, in addition to that every participant gets a certificate of attendance. The BSZ für Technik und Wirtschaft Riesa and the BSZ für Wirtschaft und Technik Bautzen each plan 2 practical training periods for the trade electronics technician for energy and building technology as well as for the trade of mechatronic technician. The duration of the single practical training periods is planned for 3 weeks. The size of the training groups amounts to 6 to 8 trainees, due to machine-assisted lessons. Mixed training groups of Polish and German trainees are a basic priority. The ex-change groups are supported by specialist teachers. During the period of the project the BSZ Riesa and the BSZ Bautzen will each carry out 12 mobilities for trainees and 2 mobilities each for accompa-nying teachers to Poland. The partner school Zespol Szkol Elektronicznych Boleslawice guarantees support while preparing the organisation and the contents as well as during the realisation of the practical training periods. For the Polish partner school a total of 16 trainee mobilities and 4 teacher mobilities is planned with the German project partners. The German trainees taking part in the project are chosen in coordination with the training compa-nies. Eligibility criteria are the trade, the results since the beginning of the training as well as profes-sional and personal aptitude. Before making a decision concerning the accompanying teachers an application by the specialist teacher for a practical training period abroad must have been submitted, and the committee of specialist teachers must agree to the assignment. With the realisation of practical training periods abroad for German and Polish trainees both parties get an insight into the world of work of the partner country. The trainees enlarge their professional knowledge while carrying out practical tasks under the specific conditions of production in the country of the partner. They are enabled to react to changing training conditions in an appropriate way and to act flexibly. Teachers and trainees enlarge their intercultural competencs, their flexibility on the European labour market and their skills of technical and foreign-language communication.By means of mutual support by the project partners the skills-based practical training periods can be effectively prepared, pedagogically supported and perfectly realised in terms of content.
