Project's content:In Selçuklar Primary School there are 57 mainstreaming students who pass through psychiatric examination with a mild and modarate mental disability and learning the difficulty of documenting by Guidance Research Center. This mainstreaming reports that students don't get enough quality training and other students can't keep up with lesson planning. Although individualized education plans prepared specifically for them in the classroom our teachers enough time and neglect they suffer due to lack of new methods and techniques related with this issue. Also the low economic standard of families is coming before the child 's training causes its ignorance of the education of children with special needs. Especially in disadvantaged areas like our school, mainstreaming students who can't get enough interest as needed by their families, they are involved in a bad environment and get bad habits. Therefore, schools that welcomes these special children and is the only environment that gives them their social life by providing lifelong learning. Our school enable additional lessons in support training classes and private rooms with outside applications that require special training course aims to increase the academic success of these students. In support training classes each student with exactly according to his own development is scheduled for completion in salvaging the missing students by giving lectures. People providing education to students in the training room enabled by the approval of the 'National Education' support is selected from the voluntary teachers working in our school. With this Project our teachers will enable academic achievements, a sense of social skills and self-confidence to the students who are with special needs by gaining techniques and methods which applied in Europe. In addition, our students will learn effective ways of communicating to active participation in this process.The aim of the project;Increase the academic achievement and the success of students by applying new methods and techniques with the help of support training classes which approved by Ministry of Education.However, supporting the students' who need special education, lives, social environment , by promoting participation in the labor market is to provide quality play a role in bringing prosperity to our country. Participants profile:The project team has two administrators, two English teachers , two counselors and guidance counselors are involved and eight primary school teachers. With this project, we will observe the active usage of support training room to improve our special students' academic achievement and gather first hand information in Europe. We aim to help our special students learning applied techniques and methods in these activities. Contained in our project participants it has been involved in various social responsibility projects for many years as a volunteer to help these special children have completed their in-service seminar topics relevant to our members and are compatible with the active school employees atmosphere. Our participants as well as the active participation in the lives of our students who need special education will contribute to their professional and personal development to cultural experiences gained in this project and will improve foreign language competence.The introduction of the activities:Our project will start on 1.6.2016 and will last 14 months. In our project, the first mobility will be between 15 to 20 April to Szkola PODSTAWOWE n1 Goczalkowice - Zdroj in Poland, an extremely successful school for job shadowing. They have been applying Support Training Classes for 4 years in their school. Other mobility will be between 22-28 May to Rotterdam , the Netherlands which is called Teaching + Learning. It's about new approaches and models used in support training classes. Last mobility will be to the city of Madrid named Lopez Conculting which is a special training course in June. It provides effective ways of communicating with students and their families.This project will be used when conducting innovative educational approach and methodology will be achievable actively involved at every stage of the participants. A new perspective of our trainers at the end of our project aims to ensure the acquisition and the traditionally away. Not only the development of our school and around but also the national and international levels in our organization shares the vision and strategic plans by providing dissemination work will start from the implementation phase of our project will be provided. In addition, these students will be followed for three years that will be supported in the transition to secondary education, thus they have been precautioned about the issue of early school leaving.
