Non-formal education methods are based on main formats which will be part of European Youth Event 2016., the platform for SD dialogue on EU level. Therefore, workshops are based on: discussion, debate, simulation, role-play and visualization.Main result of this project is a coherent concept of Model Dialogue, which can be implemented in different levels and environments to enhance the dialogue between young people and decision makers, and on which will be based local activities implemented in follow-up phase of the project. Project results will be disseminated through planned process of mainstreaming, which will include presenting results to local and national authorities, delivering tangible results (publication, video) to young people and relevant stakeholders as well as promoting the project and issuing releases in media. In this project, participants will achieve social and civic competences which are basic preconditions for active participation of young people in decision making process. They will be based on attitude of collaboration, assertiveness and integrity: participants will develop interest in socio-economic development and intercultural communication, as well as value diversity and respect other opinions. As a result of direct involvement in the contact with decision makers, and being able to actively shape results of the project, young people will increase their motivation to participate in democratic life, express their ideas and needs. On the other side, decision makers will become more familiar with processes through which they can receive a constructive feedback from young people on the questions of their interest. This project will increase international capacity of participating organizations, by establishing a network of support for the implementation of local activities and future common projects focused on active participation of youth. Moreover, representatives of organizations will get a basic education about concepts (such as participatory democracy, collaborative youth engagement) which are necessary for establishing contact between youth and decision makers, as well as contribute to creating common idea of process that could involve youth and decision makers in a constructive dialogue.
