Des "Projets Européens Scolaires Inclusifs"? Observation de la pratique
Date du début: 1 juin 2016, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The society and educational systems are aware of the complexity and importance of education open to all and have developed different strategies at national level and at European level, focusing on inclusive education. So, the ERASMUS + programme, initiated by the European Commission, aims to promote inclusion by encouraging all the students (SEN and mainstream) to participate in learning and mobility activities in European projects. It is important for schools to practice the inclusion of pupils with special needs and mainstream students in European projects.A European project started in 2015 KA2 DIRES (Disability - Inclusive Schools - Respect - Europe - Social Dialogue) shows from the first mobility with students (LTT), the interest to cooperate with schools wishing to develop the inclusion of pupils experiencing disability. It shows also the difficulty for the teams to find time to make observations annonced in the DIRES project because, they are mobilized 24/24 by the students. Indeed, the teams travelling with students with different disabilities must be constantly vigilant, anticipating reactions, providing solutions to problems, encouraging and supporting the communication often difficult, while overcoming the barriers of language. To overcome this difficulty and because of the success of the KA2 first LTTmeeting (Newsletters on eTwinning), a KA1 project of Staff mobility for observation and develop " Inclusiv European school projects" is proposed with the following objectives: 1) Observation of the inclusion in the three partner schools KA2 DIRES 2) Synthesis of these observations in a booklet and a pedagogical sheet to facilitate the inclusion of pupils with special needs 3) Development of competencies of the teams about the inclusion 4) Increase of the number of students with disabilities participating in European mobility and activitiesThe ISC team choses to make two observerships with eight voluntary staff members performing various functions, already involved in the DIRES or new in the project. Two flows of five days are provided in the Irish partner schools Our Lady of Fatima, in Wexford and in the Italian partner school Istituto Comprensivo "J. Stella", in Muro Lucano. These are the planned activities at each observation training:- "A day with his counterpart." For example, the French manager with the manager of the host school. The inclusion of management in schools, subsidies, transportation, etc.)- Observation of the inclusion in the partner school- Observation of the inclusion in the European mobility and projects of the school- A meeting with an association / center / institution working or travelling with students (eg. For France UNESCO)- Construction of a network of inclusive schools in EuropeThe methodology will be based on the observation of the inclusion and data collection with a variety of tools and media (videos, PPP, etc.). The results will be published as a booklet and a teaching file on inclusive education in a European perspective. The expected impact should concern three schools KA1 partners, the three other partner schools of KA2 DIRES and institutions and Schools working on inclusion in order to develop at short and long term, a European network around inclusive education. We could also imagine that the search for strategies for inclusive education of students with disabilities could be transferred to the situation of migrant students.
