As a so-called regular school, we do not have great experience when it comes to the inclusive education of disabled or retarded pupils. So we do need a growth in competence concerning that issue. My main interest is focused on the best support, students can get if they need it. What do they need most, what are the requirements of a school-environment for kids with special needs and how can we reach a professional level in everyday teaching.
