The volunteer will arouse the interest for the European subjects with the children and the young people by connecting them with her country. He(she) will have to identify the local projects with European dimension susceptible to be developed. For example, he(she) will have the possibility of working with the existing associations of twinning, will contribute to the organization of exhibitions, to the preparation of eligible projects for the European program Youth in action. He(she) will embody concretely in her way a part of Europe. We think that he(she) will so arouse the desire to move and to travel in Europe, to get acquainted with the European environment. We wish that the volunteer takes into account the main problems of our association: education in the citizenship, in the solidarity, in the secularism, in the democracy. The volunteer will be also associated with the team of our department "Vacances-loisirs éducatifs" to make a commitment in the global educational project of our association by exploiting her desires and her skills. In this way, he(she) will contribute to the projects and the activities susceptible to encourage the European citizenship and the mobility: discovery of Europe by means of the artistic multimedia, practical tools and cultural activities, sports practices, readings of tales and legends in an intercultural prospect, an evocation of the personal experience of the European voluntary service ( EVS), the activities relative to the environment and in sustainable developments on the continent. One of the tasks of the volunteer will be to take part in the organization / animation of the debates, the exchanges and the activities susceptible to develop the sensibility in and the awareness of the dimension of the problems by presenting for example the educational system and the system of learning of their country, the extraschool activities, the food, festive habits, the games and the sports practices of youth of their country.
