PROJET
TERMINÉ
Within the company: from welcoming the client to leave taking, through the search of needs and product range. The behavioral skill is a necessary condition to the success of these activities.
Culturally speaking, in order to raise awareness for another culture, students will visit Valetta as well as Hagar Qim & Mnajdra neolithic sites.
They will also take part in the Maltese life by getting involved in the day-to-day life of the host families.
Methodology:
The monitoring of the project, from its conception to its completion, is done on an almost-daily basis; indeed, the three project designers can see each others on their workplace. More formal meetings have taken place since the birth of the project and will take place until the final report. These meetings enable us to move the file forward, to rapidly react to the unexpected, to new information.
Impacts and results:
The impacts are numerous: at the local level, a better image of our school, proving its integration as an active element of the town of Miramas. This has been confirmed by a highest number of secondary school students willing to integrate our various vocational sectors since the setting up of European projects.
Incidentally, this attractiveness is reinforced by the project Exposure Day, during which sponsors are invited, as well as supportive authorities, not forgetting the presence of the press, which enables our school to be promoted on academic, regional and international levels.
The participants, thanks to this experience, will have significantly improved their English, which will enable them to pass their exam more easily and obtain the European distinction. Moreover, they will be able to more easily undertake further studies (BTS, IUT, University), but also to get into the labour market, as a result of their mobility and adaptability.
In the long run, this project will enable our school to strengthen the creation of two European sections, one in Selling Techniques, the other in Transport Operations, and to contribute to the development and sustaining of all the European projects in which we take part, through the Erasmus + platform.
