We choose a Job Shadowing project for 2014 - 2015 with our Palestinian partner to follow on with a youth exchange project in 2015 with the same international team throughout these steps. The project began in August 2014 and finish in april 2015 , the project aims to : - Getting to know each other, discovering our respective cultures and traditions - Understanding non-formal education in France and Palestine - Thinking and building a common project Youth Exchange 2015 To achieve these objectives we used different kinds of methods : living together, working as part of a team (mixed and non- mixed staff employees), games and language and intercultural workshops The project proceed in two parts: First in november 2014 in Saint- Nazaire and the second in march 2015 in Nablus. Part 1 : Home of the Palestinian team (3 volunteers from Human Suppoprters Association ; 2 women and 1 man) for 10 days in Saint- Nazaire through various projects OMJ ( Youth Exchange , founding , youth club ) Part II : French team departure (3 permanent OMJ - two women and one man) for 10 days in Nablus through various projects Human Supporters Association; (formal and non-formal education, following children through the theater project, street workshop..) . Through this project we want to strengthen our partnership with Human Supporters Association; building our youth exchange during summer 2015
