The project "Dance - uniting the youth" is a project in the Erasmus action+ -Youth, which was initiated by Ecopitrom - Culture for the Future, that promote active participation of young people in Pitesti, Arges county along with the young people in Europe. Young people have limited opportunities to participate in rural communities to their specific activities, they get bored, but they did not have the courage to assume responsibilities, they don't think that they can change something by their involvement. Through dance we offer an alternative pleasant leisure and a personal way for harmonious development, with a view to a better social inserts, through the formation of a suitable images of itself. This is an expressive method of manifestation, being used as a form of therapy through art, as a means to social networking sites. Through dance young people develop their skills, the spirit for beautiful, grace and elegance, civilized behavior in society, as well as the respect for the other, concentrating toward himself energy young people toward social fields de listed, preventing youthful crime, conflicts. Requirements which shall be addressed to the project are: failing social, intolerance and disappointment the times they live young people; need for motion; low participation by young people in rural areas to specific activities age and within the framework of the communities in which they originate; psychological problems faced by young people; that we commune with those around and the proximity of a group and development of language skills. Project objectives are: to develop solidarity and promote tolerance among young people; physical development and personality development by stimulating young people's skills of expression through dance; promoting civic behavior in the Community by offering alternative solutions to violence and for resolving conflicts; promotion of alternative party. The project will be attended by 8 young people from each partner country, aged 15-20 years. Young people are from disadvantaged social groups, from families with parents unemployed, mono parent families, ethnic minorities, and/or young people with limited financial possibilities. Young people in each organization will be informed about the Programme Erasmus+, theme, purpose and project objectives, criteria, the period and the procedure for the selection, financing, the destination of expenses, the dissemination and valorization of results, validation and certification of competence by the certificate Youthpass, rules of conduct during the exchange. Preparing for the exchange will consist of hours of the English language, cultural preparation, pedagogic training, preparation of activities: "History of dancing", set of words for ,,Who knows more words from the language.. ?", preparation and application questionnaire for adults and a cultural evening. Assessment will be made permanent and will track progress young people, involvement in activities carried out, comply with the program established, personal skills and language developed. Certification will be made through Youthpass and diploma of participation. Results expected: 36 young people trained,100 leaflets to promote the project, a Explanatory Dictionary online with commonly used expressions and words used during the project partners' languages, an article with impressions of the young published online, article in the local press, the web page of the project, participation in symposia county, regional, and national, photos from the web page of the project and Facebook and other networking sites for visibility; development of the European dimension and strengthen our organization's reputation; knowledge of young people and on the interaction with other cultural and social environments that contribute to the development of a positive attitude toward contemporary European society. In the long term to achieve a multiplier effect through participation of young people in New European projects, as resource persons or initiators, and this will lead to an increase in the number of young people attending. Young people will be able to devise coherent projects and to prepare grant applications, and managed to apply and in the context of the other actions in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, will be able to offer tips and advice to the other young people with a view to writing of European projects, in cooperation with the local authorities and economic operators with a view to their inclusion in the labor market, resulting in a drop in unemployment. Another impact would be represented by the consolidation and the decrease in drop education and school abandonment by awareness of the importance learning throughout the life by integrating cultural heritage of Romania in European Community.
