The project "To rediscover yourself through art!" Was conceived as youth exchanges and to provide an opportunity for a meeting of 30 young five countries - Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic. It is planned to be realized in Pazardzhik, Bulgaria.Within eight days of exchange and two travel from 13.07.2016-22.07.2016 it will provide an opportunity for young people to discuss how cultural diversity and belonging to a certain cultural and ethnic community reflects the social, respectively professional realization of young people; realize how young people in the cultural sphere professionally.It is planned to discuss best practices on promoting the role of communities and institutions in terms of building effective youth strategies and policies for social inclusion and career development of young people in times of crisis. They will discuss how Europe adopts art and what are the rights of people in this industry. How as citizens of Europe can through culture and art show to show people and Europe as a unified whole.The program will offer various methods of informal education - a method "Learning in cooperation", interactive role plays and workshops, presentations, outdoor art - open scenes, visiting cultural sights, cultural evenings.The idea of the exchange is to promote cooperation between young people from the ranks of art contribute to the unity, tolerance and mutual understanding between them in the context of intercultural understanding.The Association provides for this project to be carried out active youth policy towards attracting young people and adolescents in activities related to theater, art and culture. Through planned activities and by means of art and culture the attention of all actors (leaders and youth) will be towards building a more tolerant and jointly respect to young people as part of the big European family. To achieve this goal will help mostly the collaboration and the presence of specific work methods / theater forum, drawing and projection methods /.The main activities planned for youth exchange are: working thematic groups with cultural activities - theater, music and dance, intercultural evenings, visiting cultural and historical sites, meetings with local groups and musical groups, discussions on current youth issues, debates, music Games for expressing yourself creative activities to acquire new knowledge and skills in the arts through theater, organizing performances with their creativity and others. This will demonstrate the unifying nature of the different traditions, good teamwork and initiative of youth in solving European policies.
