Will be oriented on obtaining practical know-how in area trade , business enterprise , administration etc. Its principal destination is acquirement specialistic skill , qualification and ability apply at European employment market. Specific destination project is accent to necessity Euro - passport and document respect in Europe. During the internship student is expected to : 1. Acquaint with : • the specificity of the economic entity • its vision and mission • organizational structure 2. Realize the practical task on specific positions ( resulted from the program of intership) indicated by departamental counsellor. 3. Improve the knowledge of foreign language ( professional and communicative) 4. Improve interpersonal skills and group cooperation. Aims of the internship : The genaral aim of the internship is : 1. Deepening of kowledge and its practical application in the field of organization and management, economics, accounting and marketing. 2. Understanding the specificity of functioning of the definite subject and characterisation of it :the organization of work, management and delegating the entitlements. 3. Mastering the interpersonal skills essential in cooperation while realising the project in the company. 4. The practical implementation of typical profssional tasks at a given position in different organiztional units. The interneship should allow the students to be acquainted with : - the organisation and the activity of certain economic unit as well as its tasks and performed functions, - the types of organizational documents such as statute, the internal regulations, rubrics, the allocation of activities and others, - the exchange of the accounting documents, - the responsibilities at work, - the realation of the economic unit with the external environment. During the internship student is expected to : Acquaint with : • the specificity of the economic entity • its vision and mission • organizational structure and other.
