From our vision of learning a modern foreign language, we assume a natural process of language acquisition, "Students acquire their new language in an authentic learning environment in which the use of the target language is necessary and natural. From this point of view, we do not use a course book and we choose instruments that mimic the natural learning environment as much as possible. The English Teacher Training Programme (ETTP) helps to improve the quality of English. Teachers are trained and immersed in the English language. At present, four of our teachers have passed the Cambridge FCE exam. Four other teachers are preparing for the FCE exam on June 10, 2014. The basic principle is that everyone is taking the exam. In addition to the course prior to the exam (ETTP), we see it as a great value that teachers are more professional in an exchange program (visit Canterbury). Teachers for 5 days immersed in the English language and make visits to English schools. To assist in the development of an English curriculum we have the privilege of the help of native speakers, but there is also the need for external expertise. Continuity of expertise is also a recurring topic at seminars and trainings. Finally, I would like to mention the purchase of teaching materials English. We teach English using an Early English Curriculum (EEC) which is a great thematic source book. To carry out the curriculum learning materials (eg books) are needed.
