The project was aimed at promoting a culture of pluralism, active citizenship and young people’s participation in civic and political structures. The project consisted of two activities: Activity 1 was a 10-day training course in the Republic of Moldova offering 24 youth leaders tools to promote active citizenship and transform that into active participation in civic and political structures. The training offered the participants a number of specific tools and facilitated a reflection upon the role of youth NGOs in promoting political participation of young people. Activity 2 was an 8-day study visit to Denmark that gave the participants an understanding of the Danish tradition of cross political cooperation and the culture of pluralism. During the activities the participants traveled from Aalborg to Copenhagen and met a number of Danish organizations and political actives. During this meeting the participants got inspiration as well as specific tools to promote cross political work. Finally, the project offered participants a reflection upon the role of civil society in facilitating cross political work and promoting a lifestyle of pluralism.
