The main objective of the project is to establish a new network of cooperation of Kaliningrad region and neighbouring territories in Poland, in the sphere of culture. The Project activity is united into three main blocks - System of additional professional education, Effective communication and Strategy of development. The result of the first block aiming to raise education and level of competence of workers of culture and art of neighbouring territories in the sphere of management, is introducing the pilot course of raising professional qualification - Management of culture. The result of the second block is to build up the system of information exchange and professional communication of workers and organisations of culture and art of neighbouring territories. This block consists of a virtual platform (Internet portal on 3 languages: Russian, Polish, and English) and a platform for communication. In order to coordinate and further develop this activity it is planned to create a Council of professionals of culture and art. The third block will result in elaborating the strategy of cross-border cooperation in the sphere of culture and art within the next 5 years.
