The project is structured as a moment of dialogue between associations, entertainment workers, young people and policy makers to redefine the role of culture in terms of employability. The idea was born from the needs of systematize cultural and artistic resources that, in the territory in which we live, the Province of Naples, it is really huge and it offers work and will continue to offer them to countless young people and associations who wish to enhance the culture and artistic heritage in their possession. After an initial phase of the project will last for three months, which have taken place in the preparatory meetings among young people, associations and industry experts with whom we are already in contact, will be held three meetings, to allow a proper channeling of dialogue and to review the objectives in the pipeline. The seminar will take part in local and regional institutions, experts from the worlds of culture and youth work, associations operating in the world of culture and especially young people, from the contexts citizens of the region that we can engage through the promotion campaign of the meeting, both physically on the territory, either via the web, through the recruitment and visibility on these sites and nostir local partners. The output that we expect from the project will be an agreement signed by the parties for the definition of joint strategies aimed at facilitating both the youth work in the world of culture, is a key usability enhancement in visibility of the culture of our land. There will be a final publication of the work that can be told and as a base and as for future initiatives that will arise from this project.
