the C4Y project ? CULTURAL HORIZONS FOR YOUNG ENTERPRENEURS ? arises from twofold desire: to give an alternative answer to the scourge of youth unemployment and revitalize territories in particular conditions of disadvantage thanks to the protection and promotion of the artist, cultural and creative heritage. The project's goal was to provide to young unemployed people between 20 and 30 years a path of innovative training in the field of cultural, creative and touristic business. The project was turned to young people wishing to undertake an independent entrepreneurial activity, providing them with support (technical, legal, bureaucratic) to transform their business project in a creative start-up. The project included three phases: Phase 1 PREPARATION, selecting partecipants and training; Phase 2 REALIZATION Youth Exchange in Guardia Perticara (PZ), Italy; Phase 3 FOLLOW UP Start-up launch. The Youth Exchange took place in Guardia Perticara (PZ), Italy, with partecipation of 42 young, 7 per country, and 6 group leaders. This step was focused on the mutual knowledge of partecipants and their countries, the aim was to compare partecipants on the potential of their lands, on the possibility of doing business despite the particular historical and socioeconomic moment that Europe is going through. The goal was to make clear to the young partecipants the importance of creating network business that go beyond the national borders. The concrete result of the project is been to create a solid job opportunities for young participants immediately, hoping that more jobs can be born in the future; it was also considered the opportunity to replicate the project in future years, claiming a further number of projects. The expected impact not only concerns the concrete aspect of the creation of new businesses: the project is in fact the aim of showing young people new opportunities for their career, fighting the sense of loss and helplessness that the lack of work causes.
