The aim is to create a network of folk artists and craftsmen between Southwest Finland and Western Estonian counties, and utilise the contacts and knowhow for invigorating the tourism sector in both participating regions. Target areas: City of Somero (Southwest Finland) and counties of Pärnu and Saaremaa (Estonia)
