The project is structured as an opportunity for dialogue between associations, entertainment workers, young people and policy makers to redefine the role of culture in terms of employability. L 'idea came from the need to systematize the artistic and cultural resources in the territory in which we live, the provinces of Naples and Salerno, is enormous and that provides work and continue to offer them to countless young people and associations who wish to improve the cultural and artistic heritage in their possession. After a first phase of the project will run for three months, which took place in the preparatory meetings among young people, associations and industry experts with whom we are already in contact, there will be three meetings, to allow proper channeling of dialogue and to review the targets in the pipeline. The seminar will take part in local and regional institutions, experts from the worlds of culture and youth work, the associations operating in the world of culture and especially to the young, the contexts that we can engage citizens in the region through the promotion campaign of the meeting, both physically in the territory, both via web, through the recruitment and visibility of these sites and our local partners. The output that we expect from the project will be an agreement signed by the parties to the definition of common strategies is to facilitate the work of young people in the world of culture, and improved usability key in the visibility of the culture of our land. There will be a final publication of the work that can be said and as the basis for future initiatives and how that will result from this project. The project lasts eight months, while the activities will take place in the month of November 2015 and will last three days.
