During adolescence is very important nutrition education, support and dietary advice standards and health promotion applied before the introduction of the habits that remain during adulthood, which is why this training course, we will provide workers in the field of youth the skills, tools, experiences and methods needed to do their work with young people easier, all partners in the project think there is a need for training, learning and retraining for workers in the field youth.Within the project we will work on four areas:Food intolerances and Nutrition.Eating DisorderCritical and Sustainable ConsumptionHealthy life styleThe objectives are:1. To improve skills, methods and tools for workers in the field of youth on intolerance and types of Food, nutrition, Eating Disorder, critic and sustainable consumption, Healthy Lifestyle.2.Share experiences and knowledge with other European trainers.3.Give time and space for individual development of the participants.4.Analyze and exchange realities of the growing problems of youth as intolerance and types of Food, nutrition, Eating Disorder, critic and sustainable consumption, Healthy Lifestyle.5. Stimulate the exchange of best practices among workers in the field of youth in the countries involved on the project themes.6. Increase networking and cooperation among the organizations participating in the Erasmus + program.7.Creation an ebook with results8.Dissemination and exploitation of the results for the use of other interested actors.The profile of the participants are 22 workers in the field of youth, adults, from member associations (Spain, Estonia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, Sweden, Czech Republic, Austria and Greece) who need to improve and acquire skills, abilities and exchange experiences with other youth workers from other European countries on the issues of intolerance and types of Food nutrition, Eating Disorder, critic and sustainable consumption, Healthy Lifestyle.The project leads to the acquisition / improvement of socio-educational and professional skills resulting in personal development of all participants and participating organizations involvedWorking methods. Experiential learning and "learn by doing" approach to learning through play and dynamic, Drama and Theatre in Education (role play), cooperative learning, workshops with experts on the issues of the project, the four pillars of learning UNESCO: learning to know, learning to do, learning to be, learning to live together, work tools of Youthpass, lectures and panel discussions about the project issues, exchange of best practices, Evaluations.All methods that use will be based in the process of non-formal learning for participants, since the main objective of this training is to improve the skills training of youth workers on intolerance and types of Food, nutirtion,, Disorder Food, Consumption Critic and sustainable, lifestyleResults: Workers in the field of youth with greater understanding, competenecias, tools, skills and responsiveness on issues of intolerance and types of Food, nutrition, Eating Disorder, critic and sustainable consumption, lifestyle.New methods, activities, definitions, games, workshops that can be used for education and prevention work of young people on the project themes. Realities and good practices in partner countries in the project. An e-book with tools, definitions and methods on the project themes. Network partners for future project.Impact: through participation in this training course participants improve, learn and develop new skills, skills, competencies on issues of intolerance and types of Food, nutrition,, Eating Disorder, critic and sustainable consumption, lifestyle, that will be beneficial to his work with youth, prevention, assistance and support.The organizations have workers in the field of youth, trainer and ready to support and work with young people who work, giving greater quality to your work.Long-term training course will be beneficial to all parties involved, for trainers for its training acquired in the detection and prevention work with young people because they will use the tools, workshops, games, learned methods and activities, with beneficial for its development.
