The project aims at contributing to the promotion of socio-economic development and encouragement of business and entrepreneurship through promotion of culinary heritage. Expected Results: Joint BELLA CUISINE culinary heritage route will be elaborated. A number of activities to promote the culinary heritage of Latgale and Vitebsk regions will be conducted. 120 representatives of catering businesses will be trained, 118 of them will go on 4 study visits to Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania. A number of events will take place, the most significant of which will be 4 food festivals. Vitebsk Oblast will gain membership in the Europe Culinary Heritage network. International BELLA CUISINE centre will be established.
