The project is called "cUEnto Contigo" and offers to young Europeans the opportunity to live a volunteer experience continued in the activities that develops Casa de Juventud Aleste in the city of Valladolid. CONTEXT: The project is located in the East zone of the city of Valladolid, which comprises a series of neighborhoods in the periphery (birds, flowers, Pilarica and delights), whose population with different personal, social, economic and cultural needs, many of them in a situation of exclusion. There are a large number of population of ethnic minorities and immigrants. OBJECTIVES: - Promoting an enriching experience learning of European voluntary service in our Association. - Encourage cultural exchange, mutually enriching us with the experience of other languages and customs. - Give a European and international dimension to the actions that are developed locally. - Different organizations cooperate in the field of youth. - Enhancing the skills of volunteer through actions that developed during the project. - Involve the process of development of every child and young person volunteer witnessing how it progresses and overcomes its difficulties. - Promote the spirit of support and collaboration. - Collaborate with different groups of children and disadvantaged youth. IMPRESA SOCIALE ONLUS (Italia) The volunteers that we are going to host meet the following criteria: - Are young people aged between 20 and 30 years. - Experienced continued volunteer in your organization and place of origin. - Preferably with a background in volunteering, education, or social field. - With competence in foreign language. - With capacity of adaptation and teamwork. ACTIVITIES The activities will be developed in the following programs: • Comprehensive intervention program with children from 3 to 12 years in the eastern area of Valladolid. Whose general objective is to develop a comprehensive intervention with minors. • P. of prevention of the marginalized youth. That it aims to provide young people from different age 13 educational services such as tutoring, education in social skills, education for health, etc. • P Aleste's prevention of school failure. It aims to offer a service of classrooms of educational compensation. • P of Sociolaboral insertion with young people. Space for the promotion of employability and employment, with training activities, actively seeking employment, training in ICT, languages, etc. • P for leisure and free time education, whose objective is to achieve the full development of the child. • P. de camps during school vacation. Equip spaces and for educational activities for kids. They will be also performing management and administration, participation in the meetings of the teams of the different programs, also responsible for programming of activities, will participate in the training activities of language, and preparation of the Youthpass. METHODOLOGY Is committed to the active participation of volunteers in the activities raised; by teamwork as a method that facilitates the development of a climate of confidence, it arouses interest in the Working Group, helps share knowledge and facilitates intercultural exchange, the use of language and enables the European dimension throughout the project. RESULTS - Impact and benefit to long term we refer to the various sections of the project which develop these headings:-the results will be in line for a strong improvement on the competences of each of the volunteers taking part in the programme, in particular its social and participative dimension, from a European key. It will also reverberate effectively in recipients of social programs, with a greater openness to the reality of Europe and to the richness of cultural diversity and its values. -The impact will be direct, both for the entities that form part of this project, volunteers and recipients of programs such as transformer element and that enables us to achieve a better world for all. But we also want to underline the echo that will take in the entities with whom we work in network both locally and in the national and regional level. -The long-term benefit is assured from the moment in which we are talking about process personal and education will strengthen the character, habits, attitudes and skills of volunteers and recipients, as well as the dynamics of the very institutions.
