To create preconditions for improving cooperation among local communities from Criuleni district, Hirlau town and Storozhynets region in the border area in promoting waste collection process consolidation and infrastructure development/modernisation of disposal for waste depositing and recycling with positive environment impact in cross-border area of Republic of Moldova-Ukraine-Romania. Expected Results: 85 waste collection platforms created in 6 villages; 2 ecological waste dump created; one sorting station modernized; installment of the 40 photovoltaic lighting poles, outside supervising system installed, outdoor video surveillance system created, enlarged of the concrete platform with 500 m2, created a temporary deposit for compacted waste 100 m2; 2 regional operators created for waste management; 15 persons trained in the field of strategic regional planning (5 persons from each country), 1 training realized; 15 trained persons in the field of waste management.
