The objective of this project is the preservation of cultural heritage as expressed through the existing music tradition. The expected outputs of the project consist of: • Small-scale restoration of an old Primary School • Musical centers for the diffusion of local music and learning of traditional musical instruments-Purchase of furniture, musical instruments, educational material and IT equipment • A multilingual digital data base of musical pieces (including a Musical library, Indicative Music Notations, History of Local Music, Photo-gallery of traditional instruments etc) • A 45 min TV documentary presenting the music tradition of both areas • A study of sustainable cultural tourist development • A Web site with a digital data-base and a Cultural events calendar • Some open conferences and a day music event
