The project: proposes to strengthen the cooperation in R&D in the Euro-region Hajdu-Bihar-Bihor, between the University of Oradea and University of Debrecen. The two main objectives of the project are the establishment of common indicators to analyze the financial health of economic operators in the two countries, and the increase in the cooperation between the partners by initiating the experience exchange and mobility program of researchers.The main activities are: initiation of the experience exchange and mobility program for the researchers, cross-border research program (the research program will include sessions for presentation of the software proposed to be used (two meetings), sessions for establishing the research methodology for reviewing the indicators used by the two countries in the economic and financial analysis. Also will be realized a workshop about the best use of databases and statistical methods in research).Direct target group: 17 researchers working in the project, 50 researchers benefiting from the project and 200 participants to the conferences. The indirect beneficiaries are 200 researchers from other universities, economic entities, 10 professional organizations and 10 local authority and landing institutions
