TERMINÉ
The aim of the project is to create specific protocols for identifying and handling patient related information among cross border institutions and healthcare personnel. The focus is on hypertension, arrhythmia and diabetes mellitus.Main beneficiaries are patients living in the border zone, who are travelling to the other country frequently, with a number of about 100.000 and also medical staff working in the border zone.The main activities of the project are: development of training materials, E-learning based training of telemedicine and cross border telemedicine professional conference.Among the project results: 300 project brochure, 1 e-learning platform, 1 telemedicine training material elaborated.
