Aim:providing quality teaching, education and supplemented activities related to cross-border movement of a child within EU.Final reach is to ensure that best practice is disseminated through training and publications to affect students, legal professionals and wider population. Project enhances development of study methods and process improving legal education, European values and initiatives embedded in Europe 2020 Strategy are promoted. Particular emphasis is given to human rights promotion, gender equality, lifelong learning, specialization, holistic approach to respective topic, promotion of modern IT technologies, multilinguism. Ratio.:Europan agenda for children aims to prevent, protect and find durable solutions to wide range of issues affecting children.Enactement of rules on private international law to deal with civil aspects of cross-border movement of a child found justification in mobility of workers. Intensified proportion of Croatian outgoing workers effects lifes of their children. Recently new types of child migrations gain attention. Figures indicate there is an increasing need for legal settlement at wide range of topics on cross-border movement of a child. Applicants can provide a comprehensive and holistic results of top interest to accurate Croatian legal profession and society in general.Outputs:12 curricula developed; events:1 round table;1 PhD Conference,1 regional moot court;3 webinars for school kids/ teachers, 6 workshops for practitioners,1 promotion of a monograph and PhD papers;research conducted and published monograph and collection of papers of young researchers;means of communication used: web page, Facebook profile,interviews in newspaper/radio/tv; leaflet/poster.Outcomes:Direct specialization and improved excellence of target group to increase competitiveness at labor market. Foreign language at PhD conference and rhetorical/debate activity of moot court hits skills development.
