The project will develop collaboration between government, nongovernmental and private sectors from the border zone of Romania and Moldova through a cross-border mentoring program. Expected Results: Results of promotional materials; A study on the successful experiences of local government, NGO's and private sector in the border area with cross-border impact; A cross-border mentoring program; 1 website- on line cross-border mentoring; 2 mentor trainings; 1 seminar -cross-border technical and financial reports;
