Cross Border Doctoral Programs Consortium (HURO GEO PHD)

This project aims to create a university consortium composed of: University of Oradea, University of Timisoara-Romania, University of Debrecen and University of Szeged-Hungary, in the HURO borderland to contribute to developing of the HURO joint PhD Study Programs, through highest education level cross border cooperation. Also, the project aims at improving the quality of the Doctoral Programs, increasing their European dimension and also the visibility of these programs at the European level.The main activities are: the development of the Cross Border Exchange Courses and activities for supporting the Doctoral Study Consortium.The direct target group is represented by 20 PhD students, 10 from Hungary and 10 from Romania (about 50% men and about 50% women), 5 from each university, from the first or second year of their PhD Program.Among the project results: 8 joint Cross Border Courses, 40 Scientific articles published by PhD Students, 240 study guides published.
