To develop and improve the newly formed links between Kent /NPDC throughuse of constantly changing new technologiesTo increase contacts (virtual and face to face) leading to cross-border visits between the projects of Kent/NPDC (involving young people and Youth Information Workers) thus contributing to the notion of European citizenship.
