The explicit aim of the present project is the strengthening of cross-border cooperation between the partner institutions in the field of economics and entrepreneurship through a number of joint activities involving entrepreneurs. The actual participation of the beneficiaries in every single activity is a sine qua non of implementation.The beneficiaries of the project are mainly actual or future young entrepreneurs, however, its positive effects will be felt in the local communities as a whole, especially in the economical and cross-border market. The results of the partnership will be perceivable in the long term, since young adults of the following generations will benefit from an efficient business infrastructure that shall support the sustainable development of their business and of the Hungarian - Romanian cross-border target region. There are several categories of direct beneficiaries of the present project: (1). Young entrepreneurs that will be incubated in the Business Incubator and Training for Young Graduates, Oradea - approximately 20 people. They will also participate to all 6 types of trainings that will be organized in order to help them to develop their business. (2). Business people from different fields of economic activity that will participate at the cross-border business meetings, conferences and exhibitions - approximately 600 people. (3). Participants at the language course in Békéscsaba - 20 people.(4). Representatives and employees of the LP, PP, AP1 and AP2 - approximately 20 people.(5). People willing to develop business and companies, and are addressing (during the project implementation) to Business Incubator and Training for Young Graduates and to Business Centre in order to obtain valuable data and information about the cross-border business environment - approximately 500 people. Indirect beneficiaries: (1). Different public institutions related to the business environment ;(2). Entrepreneurs that will address in the future to the Business Incubator and Training for Young Graduates and to the Business Centre in order to obtain valuable data and information about the cross-border business environment - approximately 700 people / year.(3). Different public institutions related to the cross-border labour market ;(4). High schools that provide graduates to the business market and that could sign partnership agreements with the 2 new business facilities for providing business trainings and specific counselling. Altogether, about 50.000 people are the indirect beneficiaries of this joint initiative, form Oradea and Békéscsaba, but also form the Bihor and Békés Counties. Expected Results: Among project result are the following: 9 cross-border meetings/conferences/exhibitions organized, in order to increase the quality of business environments; 510 people participating to the project meetings, exhibitions and conferences; 8806 promotion and visibility materials edited; 2 locations set up and developed for the target groups: 20 businesses involved in cross border cooperation; 5 of newly introduced functions and services; 872,351 square meters of reconstructed surface.
